International Talk Like a Pirate Day be created in 1995 by me bucko's Ol' Chumbucket n' Cap'n Slappy, who proclaimed Sept 19 of each year as the day when everyone in the world should talk like a pirate.

Since coming to Florida, Tiger has discovered that no one puts on a grand Talk Like a Pirate Day cause it be in the middle of Hurricane season. The devil be damned, what's a little wind n' rain fer a pyrate, Let's have a Party!!!

We be celebratin' the entire weekend from Friday to Sunday. I have an Entire Weekend Ticket to all the activities fer $140. I know ye be thinkin' that be a hefty amount of dubloom, but stay the course n' discover what treasures this voyage includes.

Instead of tryin' to waterdown the event by makin' it as cheap as possible like a landlubber would, we believe with all arrrr heart that life be too short to put on bad party, so we strive to be puttin' on the most unique n' fun events possible, even if it cost a wee bit little extra.

Sunday 12-4pm: Cutlass Boarding Actions Seminar by John Lennox, Fight Director for Art of Combat and the Historical Maritime Combat Association.  This seminar will feature battle techniques of pirates from the 17^th to 19^th centuries using the cutlass, boarding axe and long knife. Includes admission to the Fountain of Youth. This hands-on seminar is limited to 50 pyrates. Must be 18 year or older.

Friday 11:30-1:30pm: Colonial Spanish Quarter to see blacksmiths, carpenters n’ other people who pirates stole from, includes a lunch at the Spanish Bakery.

Friday 2-4pm: Castillo de San Marcos, the oldest masonry fort in the US, built in 1672 after the English Pirate’s burnt the town to the ground twice.

Friday 7-9pm – Brethern Pub Crawl: get to meet all yar fellow pyrate at 4 pubs: Scarlet O’Hare, Mill Top, Ann O’Mally’s with a special public duel on the streets of St Augustine.

Saturday 10-11.:45 am: Sea Rover Boarding Actions by Benerson Little, author of  “The Great Pirate Legends Debunked”, “How History’s greatest Pirates Pillages, Plundered and got away with it”, “Pirate Hunting”, “The Buccaneer’s Realm”, “The Sea Rover’s Practice”.

Saturday 12-1pm: Meet Naked Cowboy as a Pirate at Pirate Fashions N Fotos

Saturday 2-3:30pm: Pat Croce’s St Augustine Pirate & Treasure Museum featuring Thomas Tew’s treasure chest, one of the only real Jolly Roger Flags and rare shipwreck treasures.

Meet the New 2012 Hot Pirate Babe Models
Get yar photo taken with them during the photo session, and even some of the 2011 Models. At the end of the night, get yar 2012 Hot Pirate Babe Calendar (one calendar is included with each individual or couple ticket) signed by each of the models attending the party.
